Refund Policy
If customers have any doubts or confusion about our product, please contact us immediately. If we feel genuine reason, we will accept the product back within 14 days.
You can find registered address on www.nandish.in and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 14 days of receiving delivery.
This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents & original sales bill has to be submitted at the time of the above return
1 day refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, rakhi and for products ordered with specific indications like Make to Order, customization, engraving, personalised, purchase.
To initiate return, we would send a ‘Return Packaging Kit’ to the customer to pack the product in such packaging and handover the same to courier person.
The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number.

The original sales bill has to be submitted at the time of the above sales,returnexchang.
Buyback of usedold ornaments Value will be only on net wight after removing (stone, pearl, enamel, making charges, other charges too) basis.
Balance will be refunded back to customer account of jewellery benchmark rate at the store will be applicable 94% value of benchmark buy back gold rate.
Payments Policy
we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
If in case the amount is deducted from customers account and the transaction has failed, the same will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours.
