Change in Shipping Address

Shipping details can even be changed at the customer’s end. Once the order is created, the customer can change the shipping address only till the order is shipped from our facility.

Cancellation Policy

Once you place an order, It can be canceled from your end before the product is dispatched. We send the Dispatch Confirmation Email, message, or call relating to that product.

We make sure to notify you if in case your order is canceled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required to accept your order.

You can cancel one order item within an order without canceling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.

You can choose to make another purchase using the amount you have deposited after canceling the order.

Make-to-order, Gold & Silver coin & bar customized jewellry & pre-order cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.

In case the customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with another product, Value will be only on net weight after removing (stone, pearl, enamel, making charges, other charges too) basis.

The balance will be refunded back to the customer account of jewellery benchmark rate at the store will be applicable 94% value of benchmark buy back gold rate.

In case of any discrepancy, we have the right to cancel any order we have. If some of the reasons for cancellation from our end are usually product limitation in inventory, error in prices, error in product information, etc. We will contact you immediately.

Every package of the product (Gold & Silver Jewellery ) is purchased from www.nandish.in will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and a tamper-proof packing.

The Item Will Be Delivered To You In a Tamperproof Package. Please Inspect The Package For Any Tampering Before Accepting the delivery else don't accept the package and contact us immediately.

We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address.

 

Delivery Location to Identified Person

Customer needs to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location or can be delivered The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on-street, etc.

As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below-mentioned identity proofs to collect the product

Passport, PAN Card, Addhar Card, Drivers License, Voters ID

To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing original copies of identity proof for identification.

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of the courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same.

The guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in the non-delivery of the product.

 

Warranties

We are not responsible for any loss due to mishandling of ornaments which may cause breakage, falling of stone, damage enamel or anything however If possible will repair at the expense of the consumer.
